The announcement came at X JAPAN's promotional video shooting for "I.V." on the rooftop of Odaiba Aqua City. Thousands of fans descended on the adjacent square in Odaiba Aqua City in Tokyo to witness the broadcast of the rooftop shooting.

As for Jrock Revolution, we wanted to report right away on the atmosphere at the broadcast... but instead, we'll give you better: we were up on the roof.
